Warranty

At BowBars, our goal is to make products that ‘just work’ . But we have to admit, things happen that require replacement parts. Our Make it Right warranty aims to keep your tools on your bench for as long as possible.

If a BowBars part fails, we replace it with a new one, no charge. If you lose or damage a part beyond usability, we’ll send you a new one for the cost of materials + shipping. All that is needed to get the process started is a phone call, text message or email.

Absolutely perfect! I can travel with it, move it around my tables where i need room. Incredibly precise leveling so no matter where you are picnic table outside or in a garage you can always have a level solid working space. Couldnt ask for anything more.

Awesome products even better dude!!!

I bought one of these last year and love the vice. I had some trouble late in the year with the bow bar screw hole stripping out. I reached out to him and immediately sent me another set of bars machined using better aluminum.

I was an early purchaser of the upgraded clamp, and could not get the discount codes to work. I just assumed I was too late to use them and paid full price for the clamp. He reached out to me the next day and told me that I was in the first ten purchasers and refunded me that portion of money!!! Brad is amazing and so are his products. I will continue to use this company in the future.
