Will the vise system work with my bow?
BowBars are designed to work with ANY bow on the market. Compound or traditional, the two aluminum bars make it easy to mount your bow to our BowBars Vise System or any tripod head.
If you find that BowBars does not work with your bow, please let us know so we can make adjustments or provide a solution.
How do I attach the vise system to a bench?
With every order we ship comes with BOTH a portable and permanent mounting option. Using the four provided screws or adjustable clamp, you can set up the vise anywhere.
Does the vise system work with traditional archery equiptment?
Yes. BowBars are designed to work with any split limb or solid limb bow on the market. Current maximum limb width for a solid limb bow is 3".
To position the bow vertically, attach the handle to the hole, opposite the ball head 'notch' for maximum mobility.
Does the vise system work with crossbows?
Yes. Using our optional Cross-Bow Clamp, crossbows and firearms can be attached to the BowBars Vise System.
Can I mount the vise system to press?
Yes. The BowBars Vise System can be mounted to a square tubed bow press using our Bow Press Clamp.
The Bow Press Clamp is an additional $9.99.
Can I upgrade the Micro-Adjust option at a later date?
Yes. The BowBars Vise System can be upgraded to Micro Adjust at any time by purchasing the Micro-Adjust Base Plate.

What are "BowBars"?
The two bars that started it all. BowBars™ are the original idea to connect a bow to any tripod head on the market. Through feedback, we found our customers wanted us to provide a ball head. Which lead us to our current system, built around the original idea.

Can I use BowBars without the vise system?
Yes. BowBars follow ISO Standard 1222:2010, meaning they are threaded to 1/4"-20 and will mount to ANY tripod head on the market.
The only exception is very large professional tripods that use 3/8"-16 thread. They will need an adapter that often comes with the tripod.

Does BowBars have a warranty?
At BowBars, our goal is to make products that ‘just work’ . But we have to admit, things happen that require replacement parts. Our Make-it-Right warranty aims to keep our tools on your bench for as long as possible.
If a BowBars part fails due to a defect, we replace it with a new one, no charge. If you lose or damage a part beyond usability, we’ll send you a new one for the cost of materials + shipping. All that is needed to get the process started is a phone call, text message or email.

Where is BowBars located?
BowBars Archery LLC is located in the heart of northern Minnesota, in the town of Bemidji. (USA)
Does BowBars ship internationally?
BowBars does not currently ship internationally, with the exception of Canada.
As we grow, we hope to begin offering products to customers outside of the US.
